E-Waste Academy for Managers 2017

The EWA - Managers Edition (EWAM) is a a global forum for stakeholders involved in the practical design and implementation of e-waste management solutions. Policymakers, government officials and representatives of small- and medium-sized enterprises, such as recyclers, refurbishers and collectors, come together for a 5-day intensive workshop. EWAM offers a platform to exchange best practices, discuss existing challenges among practitioners and support better informed decision-making.This year, the main geographic focus will be on selected countries from Eastern Africa: Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. There might be also the possibility to consider applications from Zambia and Namibia.
